Return and Refund Policy

All products sold by Luminary Studios are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a template link has been delivered.

What you receive Upon purchase you will receive a permanent link to your Canva template(s) via your order confirmation email. You will be prompted to make a copy of the template — this copy is yours to customize and use however you like.

A free Canva account is required to access and edit all templates.

Issues with your order If you did not receive your template link, or if a link is broken or inaccessible, please contact us at hello@luminarystudios.co and we will resolve it promptly.
